Belgravia puts down stakes for Union Row Townhomes model

Union Row Townhomes has moved from a temporary sales center into an on-site model at 644 W. 16th Street, #3. The development of 35 townhouses is being built by Belgravia Group.

The four-story designs offer skyline views of the city and are priced from the mid-$500,000s to the low-$700,000s. They have three or four bedrooms and range from 2,275 to nearly 3,000 square feet.

The two contemporary rowhouse exteriors are designed with a different color of brick mixed with vertical corrugated metal. Residences have landscaped yards, courtyards, roof decks and heated garages.

Other highlights include: a fourth-floor skylight, a built-in security system, walk-in closets and two gas forced-air systems, each with humidifier and programmable thermostat.
