However, due to the fact that all new homes change with time, you may find that minor problems arise after you move in. These are almost always normal, and should be expected. This is why we have our own Belgravia Group Customer Service Department.
Your satisfaction is our goal. And we do everything we can to make certain you are proud to call us your homebuilder.
With the exception of specified emergencies, such as water leaks, gas leaks, no heat, no water, or no electricity, all requests for service must be in writing. Please submit this form to notify us of warranty items. We will contact you to set an inspection appointment. Service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please note: we provide several "one time" repairs for your home such as grout, caulk, and drywall. We provide this service as a courtesy to give you an opportunity to observe methods and materials needed for the on-going maintenance of your home. Please refer to your warranty (found in the homeowner's manual) for a complete list of items and the specific time frame in which you can make your request. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you do not hear from our office within a few days or if your situation is an emergency, please call 312-751-2777 ext. 153.
If the emergency is either after-hours or on the weekend, please contact your management company, which has plumbers, electricians and contractors available 24 hours a day. You should also leave a message with Belgravia Group's customer service manager for follow up the next business day, but for after-hours service you must contact your property manager.
