Terms and Conditions
Proof of ownership of Referrer's Belgravia built home at the time of referral required (either current or original owner of a Belgravia built home).
Referrer's name must be registered with Belgravia Group sales staff at the time of first visit to the sales center(s) by the Referee.
Referral fee not available if Referee is represented by a broker.
$2,500 credit at closing to be used towards upgrades and closing costs -- Referee must prepay for all upgrades per the purchase agreement.
Referee must sign a purchase agreement within thirty (30) days after initial visit and registration.
Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
