My husband and I were a bit hesitant and nervous when we initially made a reservation for our new home at Kensington Park. However, after speaking with Paula Yates, we quickly grew comfortable with the prospect of living in the new development. She was very knowledgeable about the development and was such a delight to deal with whenever any questions or concerns arose. She assured me that throughout my homeownership process with Belgravia, I would be kept abreast of what was happening and would be dealing with professionals whose only concern was to make my experience as seamless and uncomplicated as possible and thank goodness she was right!
I was equally impressed with Donna Plotzer, who had the unfortunate task of helping me choose all of my upgrades and finishes after the initial person assigned was unexpectedly let go. Bringing a a buyer to a Belgravia Group property was a worry-free, painless process. Taking a buying client to see one of your developments was very easy because of the highest quality material used in your homes. The attention to detail is what separated Belgravia properties from the rest. From the standard kitchen finishes to the door hinges to the solid door railings, the quality is superior to that of other developers.

My wife and I purchased a duplex penthouse unit at your 950 W. Huron St. Property. We have found the property to be in excellent condition, reflecting great attention to detail in the construction, finishes, quality and function of appliances, utilities and home systems (heating, water, etc.).
From a customer service point of view, executives at Belgravia have been very helpful in the pre-purchase cycle -- helping us evaluate issues at inspection, giving insight as to proper maintenance of various home systems and giving us detailed insight on a variety of details connected to purchase evaluation.
I am keenly aware of all kinds of nightmare tales one hears from city dwellers, buying and living in various condominium developments in downtown Chicago. I am happy to say we have experienced just the opposite with Belgravia -- attention to detail, responsive communication and an attitude to towards service that gives us confidence in the property we purchased.

The decision to purchase a townhome at Kensington Park was one of the best decisions I have made to date. From the day I walked into their sales trailer at 18th and Indiana in the spring of 2002 until I closed on the unit in the fall of 2002, my experience with Belgravia was wonderful. Things only got better once I moved into my house -- everyone at Belgravia right from the design consultant, to the attorney, to the construction engineers and workers have been so professional and pleasant to deal with.

My wife and I had recently been married, and we were looking into purchasing a condominium as a starter home. We had previously had two viewings of distinctly different units (one older and very lived in, and one spectacular but overpriced). The third property we viewed was the property at 2912 W. Berwyn Ave, built by Belgravia Group.
Upon entering the unit, we were pleasantly amazed. The space was attractive with high-end appliances, hardwood flooring throughout, and plenty of windows and light. From the minute we arrived, we were provided with an amazing amount of information regarding each unit (fixtures, completion date, warranty information, purchase information, etc.).
Upon arrival in our own unit, Belgravia was there to explain everything about the unit. At this time they gave a list of timelines when the rest of the property was to be completed and for the most they were on schedule. We were highly impressed by the landscaping that was done. Finally the place looks great inside and out.

I purchased my first Belgravia Group property in May of 1999. It is a spacious duplex condominium, beautifully designed, and complete with all the amenities. I work downtown at the Options Exchange, so Fulton Station is perfectly located, close to work and to all the adjacent cultural and recreational activities.
My first Belgravia Group purchase has been a sound investment that has seen a significant increase in value. Soon, I was ready to investment again. From the time 950 Huron came on the market, it was clear that it would be another condo. I purchased a wonderful large two-bedroom apartment; it was a sound move.
Of course, now that I owned two condos, I got married; I needed a larger space. I purchased one of the Kensington Park Townhomes. Again Belgravia Group's sensibility and foresight regarding contemporary lifestyle afforded me the choice of the South Loop; an interesting new living area, and an abundance of resources to fit my life-style.
Belgravia Group also offers a number of options to upgrade and customize each house, of which I have taken full advantage. My wife and I are excited to move into a beautiful and quality crafted house in an exciting new part of the City.

I have been a homeowner at 950 W. Huron for the past 6 months and my experiences have been all extremely pleasant as well as satisfying.
I have been given the most prompt service and no request has gone unanswered. Beginning with the original contract, all those I have come in contact with have been helpful and supportive. In making my original selections, I worked with both Donna Plotzker and Andrea Brandt and they led me through the entire process, listening to my needs and offering advice and direction. Because of the high quality offered as "standards" I didn't feel that I had to spend a fortune on upgrades.
In the construction phase, I worked with the construction foreman, Jim Engeman, who was always available to answer any of my questions and to take me on progress tours throughout the building process. He still is available and extremely responsive to my concerns and questions since I have moved in.
The staff at the Belgravia office has always been available to answer my questions and I have always been offered reassurance and support in every step of the process.
I am extremely happy with my purchase and am constantly amazed by the details and all the little extras that seem to be a part of the Belgravia Group. Purchasing a townhome at Via Como with Belgravia Group has been a pleasant experience.
Belgravia Group's selections consultant, Donna Plotzker was very helpful with selecting our finishes and she made the process very easy. All of the finishes offered were of good quality and we are very happy with the selections and upgrades that we chose.
During construction Jeff Diez, the construction team foreman, was always available to answer questions and give "previews" of the progress of our home. The quality of craftsmanship that went into our new townhome was excellent and the closing date was within two weeks of the initially set date, which was quite remarkable since our home was the first to be completed.
Moving from a condo added to our appreciation of the additional space, indoors and out, that our new townhome provides. Our dogs love the fenced yard and the roof deck will be a feature that we will use daily in the warm months to come.

As a mortgage broker I work with new home buyers all the time and see the many problems that some of my clients experience with disreputable developers. When I was ready to buy a home I wanted to work with an established developer that I trusted, an entity that would be around long after I closed.
When I found out about Greenview Park, I jumped at the chance to purchase pre-construction. The thing about Belgravia Group is that you don't have to go overboard with upgrades; their base price includes a lot of extras.
The construction was done well and when a minor problem came up, which is expected in a new home, help was only a phone call away.
