Belgravia Group has completed hundreds of homes in the past ten years, with 500 more in the works for the next few years. Our growth, however, has been carefully planned, always being mindful not to grow beyond our resources.
The lasting relationships we have maintained with other organizations, from architects, constructions managers and title insurers to brokers, has enabled us to create a seamless development organization. From start to finish, every person you encounter is integrated into our team.
Beginning with design, we have worked consistently with top notch architectural firms for each of our residential developments. Together, we have an understanding of the types of units and features that our buyers are looking for and we design each unit accordingly.
Our homes are constructed by Belgravia Construction Corp., and, since 1991, Richard Builders, Inc. has been our exclusive Construction Manager. This arrangement has improved the quality of our homes by reducing the turnover of subcontractors, facilitating communication between builder, tradesmen, designer and developer to create a common goal of excellence.
Our sales are managed exclusively by our in-house sales team that knows and understands all the subtleties of our products, our operations and our dedication to quality. Each of our associates will dedicate all of the time necessary to answering your questions and providing you with the vital information that is specific for your needs.
For closings, we have paired with two established title companies, enabling us to streamline the closing process, improve the flow of information, and reduce the normal headaches and the length of closings.
Our in-house team has been carefully recruited and nurtured. Spearheaded by notable developers David W. (Buzz) Ruttenberg and Alan D. Lev, Belgravia Group consists of individuals with diversified backgrounds such as law, architecture, marketing, sales, construction and accounting. These varied backgrounds, coupled with skill and talent, allow us collectively to create hands-on, innovative development methods, monitor progress and tackle challenges.
